The CNPA’s Planning Committee today approved our application to extend Braemar Caravan Park to the south of our existing Fog Pods. The proposed extension will provide a further 18 hardstanding pitches and 6 new ‘Fog Houses’ providing two-bedroom holiday accommodation. The plans include improved screening planting for both the expansion area and the existing Park on the approach to Braemar on the A93.
We shall now work through the pre-development conditions with a view to completing works on the ground during the course of this year, and look forward to welcoming guests to the new facility.
